1. Make sure the receiver collar has been turned on
2. Check the battery, it may be battery electricity low in either the remote or receiver collar
3. The terrain, weather, vegetation, transmission from other radio devices, and many other factors can impact the remote range
4. Increase the shock level, find the best shock level for your dog
5. Make sure the receiver collar’s contact points are placed snugly against your dog’s skin
Make sure the receiver collar has been charged.
For the first time charge, please be sure to charge it for 4 hours.
Subsequent charges only take 2-3 hours.
1. Make sure to turn on the receiver collar
2. Check the indicator light, if light does not light up when you press any button on the remote, ensure that the batteries electricity are charged
3. If the first two solutions did not resolve your problem, please try to re-pair dog collar again
