3. Save your After-Service Time
If our products have any quality issues, your customers can directly contact us, and we will handle that saving your time and cost. This is valid only for the first year for each unit you sell.
From the second year onwards, any problem with the quality of our product, please take a note and make a record every month then send it to us, we will evaluate it and provide you the corresponding compensation.
You can return the products if any quality issues arise.
Valid time: within 6 months.
After you create a case, it will be replied to within 24 hours.
